No fight with Deepika Padukone says Imran

Bollywood Gossip: Prior to the shoot of the Bollywood Movie Break Ke Baad there were a lot of reports about cold vibes between Bollywood Stars Deepika Padukone and Imran Khan. However, they soon struck up a friendship.

When reporters asked Imran Khan about the initial tussle, he denied that there was ever such an issue. He says they were always friends and were only pulling each others leg.“She is one of the sweetest persons I have worked with. She is a very hardworking person and honestly I don’t have a word of complain against her,” says Imran Khan “It is sad that you can’t joke about anything,” he refers to the joking over twitter which had led to the speculations.

Failure of Kites pushes Hrithik Roshan back to Krrish 2

According to the bollywood industry sources, Producer Rakesh Roshan has taken the failure of Kites very seriously and hence planning to hit back with a sequel of 2006 hit bollywood film ‘Krrish’ starring his son Hrithik Roshan.Rakesh Roshan had planned for a sequel of Krrish earlier too but it never materialized. However, the debacle of Kites has made him work on it very seriously to make Hrithik stand tall in the top list again. The earlier plan of Krrish 2 was mainly cancelled due to the extra special effects in Avatar, which was released at the end of 2009.

According to the sources, “Roshans have already started meetings for the sequel of Krrish. They have taken the debacle of Kites very seriously. All the three films Rakesh made with his son Hrithik were big hits so they want to ensure the combination creates history again”.

The father son duo has given three films together till now, which includes Hrithik’s debut movie Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai then Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish. All the three movies were highly appreciated and did a good box office business.

The source added, “After giving those hits, Rakesh wanted to take a break from direction and start producing films. Among all these, Rakesh Om Prakash Mehra was supposed to direct Krrish 2. They conducted several meetings for this but it got dissolved”.However, whatever be the reason, the audience will get to see their favorite Indian superhero back on the big screen. This time, it is expected to be much entertaining than the first one.

Shahrukh Khan to act with wife Gauri

Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan are goingSaif Ali Khan -Kareena Kapoor, Abhishek-Aishwarya and Akshay-Twinkle’s way. The couple will be seen in a commercial. They will shoot for a very popular furnishing house. The shooting will take place in Mumbai.

Confirming the news a source said, “Sunhil Sippy, (who directed Snip) will be directing King Khan and his wife in this commercial. And in this stint, Sunhil seems to have got by with a little help from his friends Makarand Deshpande and Saurabh Shukla actively helping him out wherever possible.”

Saif, Bebo does skiing in Switzerland

On their return journey from Europe, Saif Ali khan and Kareena Kapoor stopped in Switzerland and took some lessons on Skiing for their upcoming film, ‘AGENT Vinod’, which includes skiing and many other action sequences. ‘Agent Vinod’ is a spy thriller and has a lots of James Bond sequences.

Both Saif and Kareena are inexperienced in this field and during their five days stay in Switzerland, they took lessons from a ski instructor. A source reveals, "They would take the classes every morning. Kareena, being a novice, took some falls but Saif picked up the ropes rather quickly. He was quite serious and even attempted some of the highest peaks that few beginners would dare to."

Saif confirms that he and Bebo took a crash course in skiing in Switzerland for ‘Agent Vinod’. "It was for Kareena to learn some skiing as well."

Special Christmas for the beautiful Kareena ,as she awaits the special Christmas gift all the way from UK.Kareena who is looking forward for her new flick ‘3 Idiots’ to hit screens on December 25,is also anxiously waiting for special X`mas tree that will come shipped in from UK.

Kareena who had been to London for promoting Kurbaan’, spent time shopping at Harrods. The Lady fell in love with a huge fir tree and decided to ship it to India for the Christmas eve.

Kareena said, "I am very excited about the natural fir tree I chose from Harrods. They have a wonderful Christmas department there. I did all my X`mas shopping there. For the last 20 years, we`ve had Christmas plum pudding shipped from there, as it`s my mom`s favourite and the best in this world. Normally, we have fake fir trees for Christmas at home. They are not too large and look synthetic. So when I saw this huge, beautiful, lush green, natural tree, I couldn`t resist it! I bought it and had it shipped back through Karan`s production team as I couldn`t carry it back myself."

Flop Bachchan charges seven crores

In spite of Raavan falling flat at the box office Abhishek Bachchan is all set to play lead in Raj Kumar Santoshi directed untitled film. The filmmaker is actually planning to cast the entire Bachchan family, and have been talking about the same to wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, father Amitabh Bachchan, and mother Jaya Bachchan.

Media has been speculating the drop in Abhishek Bachchan’s price, but to all our surprise we hear that the flop Bachchan is charging seven crores for the film. The film is all about relations and families and the Bachchans will be playing characters and relations what they have in real life.The film will be produced under the banner of Anil Ambani’s Reliance Big Pictures (An ADA Group Company).

Katrina Kaif came from Bhopal to model for Salman’s Being Human charity in the Couture week on Tuesday. The dress that she wore had been hand-painted by Salman himself. The painting on the dress was that of a saint. Katrina loved the dress and was very excited to wear it.

Designers Shane and Falguni Peacock took her measurements hours before the event and stitched the dress in time for the event. She feels the dress is amazing and she feels different wearing it.

Khatta Meetha' reviews upset Trisha

South India actress Trisha Krishnan, who teamed up with Askhay Kumar in 'Khatta Meetha', is upset with the media for trashing the comedy.
"I am a bit net buff and read everything. The reviews were disheartening. The reviews have trashed the movie. I don't know box-office wise, it's too early to speak, I guess," Trisha said.
But she doesn't regret doing the movie.
"I don't regret because it's a baby step in Bollywood and I would not have got a better package. It had a big director, big hero and I am happy with it," said Trisha.
In 'Khatta Meetha', Trisha plays a municipal commissioner with Akshay essaying the role of a struggling construction contractor.
"People said that probably I didn't fit the role of the commissioner. The commissioner should be a slightly older person. Actually, it was a very backhanded compliment in a way. I did feel that a commissioner should look a bit mature," said the actress.
"Friends were honest to say that they didn't like me in the commissioner's role. They like me as a college girl. It was a risk because I have never done something like this. Even in the South, I have done different kinds of roles, but never this kind of a role," she said.

Hrithik & Suzanne to walk the Ramp On IIFA

Hrithik Roshan and his wife Suzanne will walk the ramp for the first time together for sister-in-law Farah Ali Khan at the IIFA Fashion Extravanganza in Macau during the IIFA weekend being held from June 11 to 13.

Sonam Kapoor will be the show stopper for designer Anamika Khanna.

The fashion extravanganza has been organised on June 12.

Proceeds of the event will go to the IIFA Foundation as part of charity to support film industry workers who have been adversely affected during production of films.

The star-studded night will see leading designers like Rocky S, Manav Gangwani, Anamika Khanna, Farah Ali Khan and Hong Kong designer Chris Chang showcase their designs.

Meanwhile, It was also announced thatAishwarya Rai Bachchan and AR Rahman will be presented with the IDEA IIFA award for outstanding contribution by an Indian in International Cinema.

The Fashion Extravanganza will be hosted by Zayed Khan and Sophie Chaudhary. International singing sensation Peter Andre will perform at the event which will be held at the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel.

Octopus picks Spain to win World Cup

Octopus oracle Paul predicts Spain will beat Holland and win the World Cup.
